Notice
Based on Article 75 of the Law on Public Procurement (Official Gazette, No. 120/2016), we inform you that the manager of the National Foundation for the Development of Civil Society does not perform management activities, nor is she the owner of business stakes, shares or other rights on the basis of which she participates in management or capital of any economic entity with more than 0.5%, therefore there are no economic entities with which the National Foundation as a public contracting authority may not enter into public procurement contracts in the sense of Article 75 of the Act.
In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement (Official Gazette 120/16), the National Foundation for the Development of Civil Society announces that there are economic entities:

2. CROATIAN ASSOCIATION OF ACCOUNTANTS AND FINANCIAL EMPLOYEES , OIB: 75508100288
with which the National Foundation for the Development of Civil Society, as a public contracting authority, may not conclude public procurement contracts in the sense of the provisions of Chapter III. Chapter 8 of the Law on Public Procurement.
