The National Foundation for Civil Society Development, through the Croatian Support Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, in partnership with Ashoka—the world's largest network of social entrepreneurs and innovators—has opened applications for the prestigious international Ashoka Visionary Program 2026–2027.
This intensive six-month educational programme takes place in Vienna and brings together participants from across Europe to explore social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and systems change.
Thanks to this valued partnership, three full scholarships worth €10,000 each have been secured for participants from the Republic of Croatia.
Programme Structure and Specialised Modules
The programme consists of four intensive three-day modules covering key aspects of modern social impact:

Creating Change and Systems Impact (26–28 November 2026)
Understanding the systems behind complex challenges and designing targeted systems change. -
Mindset Change and Scaling Solutions (21–23 January 2027)
Developing strategies for change and scaling proven solutions. -
Cross-sector Collaboration and Hybrid Financing (4–6 March 2027)
Exploring strategic partnerships and hybrid financing models to drive systems change. -
New Leadership and Systems Storytelling (16–18 April 2027)
Mastering ecosystem leadership and crafting stories that open doors to systemic change.
A Dynamic Learning Experience and Networking Opportunities
Throughout the programme, participants will develop their own projects with direct mentoring from international experts and feedback from peers across Europe.
The comprehensive learning experience includes:

Lectures by leading experts and inspiring sessions with social entrepreneurs

Applying newly acquired knowledge through presentations of participants' own projects

Peer learning and regular online check-ins

Evening networking events and extracurricular activities focused on holistic personal development
Long-term Goals and Capacity Building
Organisations whose representatives complete the programme are expected to actively contribute to the work of the Croatian Support Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, helping strengthen it as the central hub for collaboration among social change actors in Croatia.
