Ashoka - the world’s largest network of social entrepreneurs and innovators - in partnership with the National Foundation for Civil Society Development has opened applications for the prestigious Ashoka Visionary Program 2025-2026, aimed at changemakers, social entrepreneurs, and innovators.
The program will take place in Vienna from October 2025 to June 2026, and three full scholarships worth €10,000 are available for candidates from Croatia.
A Transformative Educational Journey through 7 Modules
The Ashoka Visionary Program is a nine-month international educational program designed for those working within civil society organizations as well as the public and private sectors, who want to expand their impact and work at a systemic level.
The program brings together participants from across Europe and includes 7 modules that cover key topics such as:
- social entrepreneurship and innovation,
- strategies for system change,
- narrative and behavior shaping,
- hybrid business models,
- leadership and collective impact,
- storytelling for changemakers.
Who Can Apply?
This call is intended for:
- employees of NGOs, foundations, cooperatives, public administration, educational institutions, and social enterprises,
- social entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, and innovators with specific projects and programs,
- individuals with at least 5 years of experience in the field of social change,
- individuals who speak English and wish to participate in an international program.
Participants will have the opportunity to develop their own projects, receive feedback from peers and experts, and build a European network of collaboration with visionaries from various sectors.
Scholarships for Participants from Croatia
Thanks to the partnership with Ashoka, the National Foundation for Civil Society Development has provided three full scholarships that cover the entire cost of the program.
The scholarships are intended for candidates who want to develop systemic changes within their organizations and contribute to strengthening social entrepreneurship and innovation in Croatia.

- a CV,
- a motivation letter,
- a brief description of a project or partnership idea,
- a letter of support from your organization (signed by an authorized person).
