From November 26 to 28, 2025 in Zadar National Foundation for the Civil Society Development will be hosting the International Conference "From Vision to Change: Towards 2030." This conference represents a continuation of the previous Conference titled "Civil Society 2030: HR-EU_Euro Mediterranean".
The first Conference was organized by the National Foundation in 2019 with the aim of setting the foundation for further development of civil society in the new decade until 2030, both in the Republic of Croatia and at the European Union level, as well as in the Euro-Mediterranean region. This year's Conference will aim to offer answers to the question of what we must do in the next 5 years to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda.
The rich three-day program includes various presentations, panel discussions, and thematic workshops, through which key topics for the further creation of an enabling environment for the development of organized civil society will be discussed, in the context of achieving the sustainable development goals by 2030.
As part of the Conference, and in line with the goal of joint action for a better and more sustainable future for organized civil society, the International Mediterranean Day will also be celebrated – a day that offers an opportunity to promote intercultural exchange, celebrate cooperation, embrace diversity, and strengthen ties among Mediterranean countries, including the Republic of Croatia.
