On Thursday, September 3, 2026, a panel discussion dedicated to ecocide will be held in Zagreb, with the aim of informing the public and encouraging discussion on one of the current issues in European and Croatian environmental policy.
The panel, organized by the International Institute for Climate Activities (IICA), will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the premises of the European Commission Representation in the Republic of Croatia, at Ulica Augusta Cesarca 4–6.
The discussion will feature Ms. Sue Miller, Head of Networks and Partnerships at Stop Ecocide International; Mr. Damir Habijan, Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation; and Ms. Marija Pujo Tadić, President of the International Institute for Climate Activities and Special Adviser/Envoy for Climate Action.
The International Institute for Climate Activities serves as a platform focused on connecting experts, institutions and other stakeholders in the fields of climate change, environmental protection and sustainable development, with the aim of fostering dialogue, knowledge exchange and concrete climate action.
