In Zadar, at the IMPACT: Euro-Mediterranean Center for Cross-Sectoral Cooperation for Sustainable Development, a Coordination Meeting was held with representatives of civil society organisations using institutional support from the National Foundation for the first time on April 17 and 18, 2024. The meeting was attended by 45 participants from 28 associations - beneficiaries of institutional support.
The meeting was opened with welcome speeches by the Director of the National Foundation, Ms. Cvjetana Plavša-Matić, and the Deputy Director for Development Programs, Ms. Marija Boltek. The first part of the meeting, led by Renata Kubik, Assistant for Support Programs at the National Foundation, along with her associates, focused on analyzing the basic contractual obligations and challenges at the beginning of institutional support, with a review of the application process for the call and approval of support, and an overview of the program and financial monitoring of the support implementation and reporting. Furthermore, the beneficiaries were introduced to the www.financijskepodrske.hr system, specifically the reporting module.
In the second part of the Coordination Meeting, training was held on the topic of development, branding, and promotion of civil society organization campaigns, and the meeting concluded with a discussion on the needs for further training of associations - beneficiaries of institutional support, and the activity plan for the next period.
