By providing comprehensive and continuous support in the areas of information, advisory services, and training at the local and regional levels, the National Foundation contributes to balanced regional development and to strengthening the capacities of civil society organizations.

In 2026, the Regional Development Programme introduces 10 new thematic areas within which workshops and training sessions will be organized, addressing current needs and challenges faced by civil society organizations:

  • Effective project management and local priorities

  • Volunteer management

  • Quality assurance systems and evaluation of work

  • Various funding sources

  • Funding for sustainable operations

  • Advocacy for the community

  • Models for involving different stakeholders in the work of civil society organizations

Each partner organization has specified the content of the training sessions within these thematic areas in line with its specific operational framework and development priorities, ensuring that the Programme is further tailored to real needs at the local and regional levels.
