On September 26, 2025, in Zadar, as part of the celebration of Philanthropy Week, a rich program was held for the participants of the "Community Potentials" Program, which brings together young people and elderly people (60+) from eight Croatian cities and ten high schools (LIST). The aim of the meeting was to develop new ideas for initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life in local communities through workshops and joint activities.

The program began with a morning workshop "Vitality in Later Life" at the IMPACT Center, led by Mrs. Tamara Dabić Kempf. Elderly participants had the opportunity to gain new knowledge about the importance of vitality and healthy lifestyle habits in later life through lectures and practical exercises. At the same time, young people participated in the YouthLab workshop – Youth for Community 2030 at the Youth Center Zadar, where they developed ideas for initiatives on topics they consider crucial for their own future. The participation of young colleagues from Italy added special value to the YouthLab, representing the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena from Siena and Fondazione di Piacenza e Vigevano from Piacenza, who worked alongside young people from Croatia on developing project ideas and cooperation in a broader European context.

Afternoon activities included the workshop "Circle of Vitality", during which elderly participants created a list of "10 Practical Recipes for Vitality" based on their life experiences, while young people continued working within the YouthLab, further developing their project ideas YouthSpark and UMamaMENTE, which focus on active citizenship and mental health.

The meeting in Zadar is part of a broader process in which participants of the Community Potentials Program develop concrete initiatives they implement in their cities, connecting different generations and strengthening communities. The international dimension, achieved through partnerships with Italian organizations, further enriched the program and opened up opportunities for future cooperation.
