The National Foundation achieves partnerships in two key areas of its operational activities:

The decentralized model of financing (HR)the development of civil society in the Republic of Croatia is realized by the National Foundation in partnership with regional foundations, which, on behalf of and at the expense of the National Foundation, call for tenders for the allocation of financial support to initiatives and projects that encourage the development of active citizenship.

Regional development (HR)of civil society and local communities is carried out by the National Foundation in partnership with regional networks of specialized civil society organizations with complementary knowledge and competences in all counties covered by each regional network.
The partnership ended on December 31, 2017, and continues in the form of Programme cooperation.
