1. Financing of projects and programs
The "Anna Lindh" Foundation co-finances projects and programs that will be granted financial support in the amount of up to 80% of their value.
In accordance with the Rulebook on the conditions and procedure for the allocation of funds to achieve the purpose of the National Foundation, within the framework of one-time support for development initiatives at the international level, the National Foundation established a Program for co-financing approved projects from the "Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation" program.
With this form of cooperation, the National Foundation wants to support quality development initiatives/projects that have already received financial support from international sources, but lack the mandatory 20% share of co-financing of the entire value of the development initiative/project. Criteria for co-financing 20% of the total value of the approved development initiative/project, the National Foundation established in the Rulebook on conditions and criteria for co-financing projects and programs approved under the "Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation" Program.
Funds for co-financing of approved development initiatives/projects within the "Euro-Mediterranean Cooperation" Program can be approved by the National Foundation through a one-time amount until the total amount determined by the annual operational plan and the calendar of announcement of tenders, calls for expressions of interest and other forms of support of the National Foundation is used up.
The remaining amount is financed from own and partner sources, as well as funds from other donors. There are many institutions and agencies in the Euro-Mediterranean area that offer support to civil society organizations that work in the field of developing intercultural relations. Information on possible additional sources of funding, necessary for applying for grants within the ALF, can be found on the ALF website, where it is possible to search and view the donor activities of numerous international, private and public organizations, national agencies for development and cooperation and EU institutions.
2. Finding partner organizations
The ALF website provides an opportunity to view the projects and programs that have been financed so far, their results, and the database of ALF members, that is, possible partners for the design and implementation of projects. On the page dedicated to finding potential partner organizations, it is possible to find information on more than a thousand organizations working on projects related to intercultural dialogue in the Euro-Mediterranean area.
